For suppliers
Concierges, lifestyle managers and personal assistants decide where a great deal of money is spent: which hotel, which car, which boat, which table. Reaching them one by one takes years of introductions.

Stays concierges book for their clients.

Weeks at sea, seats in the air.

By the day or by the trip.

To rent for a season, or to buy.

Seats, boxes, chefs, security.
On Albert Connect you put up a listing for what you sell, and the concierges and service professionals of the network find it, ask, and answer with a deal. You can also answer their briefs directly when a client needs exactly what you have.
On your listing
When it sells
Nothing to join and nothing every month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when a deal really happens.
How it works
01
Tell us what you really supply, and where. A person reads every application and answers on WhatsApp.
02
What you sell, where, at what price, in categories or packages, with up to ten photos per listing. You can edit it after publishing.
03
When a concierge posts a request in your category and area, you are alerted and can answer with a private offer.
04
The price and the concierge's share are agreed before anything moves. The client pays through a payment link and the money is released once the work is confirmed.

Good to know
Every deal states how much the concierge who brings the client earns, agreed between you before the client is quoted. Nothing is hidden from either side, and the whole deal is recorded.
Nothing to join and nothing every month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when a deal really happens.
Some listings should not be read by everyone: the address of a villa, the name of a boat, a private collection. Put those details behind a non-disclosure agreement. Everyone sees the listing; only the members who sign the NDA online see the rest.
A client who found you elsewhere can still pay through Albert. From your own listing you can raise a payment link and a QR code to close a deal with somebody directly, with the same held payment and the same records.
Before you ask
Professionals who really hold what they sell or can deliver it: hotels, rental companies, charter brokers and operators, villa agencies, ticketing and experience providers, and independent specialists. Every application is read by a person.

They see the prices you put on your listings. When you answer a brief, your offer is private: only the concierge who posted it sees it.
When the client pays, the money is held in Albert's account with our licensed payment provider, Tazapay, until both partners confirm the work is done. Only then is it released, split the way you agreed.
Yes. Organisations on the network, such as a professional association or a team, can keep some listings between their own members.
