These numbers are an example, but this is really how it works. You and the other concierge decide the price and how you share it. Albert adds 3% for the client on top, and takes nothing out of your part.

We hold the money.
Until you both say it is done.
When the client pays, the money does not go to either of you. Albert holds it. The concierge who did the work marks it delivered, the one who brought the client confirms it, and only then is it released.

You tell us. We look at what was agreed, what was delivered and what each of you sent, and we decide. Being in the middle is the job: it is what makes handing a client to somebody you have never met a reasonable thing to do.

Will I lose my client?
No. The client is yours and stays yours. The other concierge does the work and never learns who they are, unless you decide to tell them.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. Nothing every month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when a deal really happens.
Do I have to be here every day?
No. You are not tied to us, there is no minimum and no quota. You answer the jobs you want and ignore everything else.
Can other people see my price?
No. Offers are private. Each concierge sees only their own, so nobody can look at what you asked for and go just under it.
