Concierge marketplace
No concierge can answer every request. Sometimes you do not have the access, sometimes you do not have the time, and until now either one meant losing the deal.

Where nobody can get one.

Six bedrooms, sea view, staff.

Two passengers, one way.

Sold out everywhere else.

In a city you do not cover.
Albert Connect is a private marketplace for concierges and service professionals. Members post what their clients need and what they can supply, answer each other with private offers, and agree the price and the split before anything is promised to the client.
What goes on the board
What never does
The professionals who answer are approved one by one. You never open your address book, and the one who does the job never learns who your client is.
How it works
01
A brief says what your client is looking for: the service, the city, the dates, the budget. A listing says what you sell. One minute either way.
02
Professionals who can do it answer with a price. You see every offer; each of them sees only their own.
03
The price, the level of service and how the money splits are settled between you, in writing, before anything moves.
04
The client pays through a payment link. The money is held until you both confirm the work is done, then released as agreed.

Who it is for
01
Turn the requests you would have declined into revenue, and find colleagues in cities you do not cover.
02
Reach professionals who hold what your guests ask for, without handing over your guests.
03
Source faster across categories and countries, with every price and split on record.
04
Hotels, rental companies, charter brokers, ticketing and experience providers who want to sell to the people who book for wealthy clients.
Good to know
Your client's name and contact details never go on the board. You post the need, the city, the dates and the budget; the client stays yours.
The professional who does the job never learns who your client is unless you decide to tell them. Your network stays yours: you trade through ours.
Offers are private. Each professional who answers sees only their own price, so nobody can read what a colleague asked and go just under it.
Once a deal is finished, its category, city and amount appear on the public board, never who and never for whom. A marketplace that hides its numbers is not a marketplace.
When the client pays, the money is held in Albert's account with our licensed payment provider, Tazapay, until both partners confirm the work is done. Only then is it released, split the way you agreed.
If something goes wrong, you do not argue with each other: you tell us, and a person looks at what was agreed, what was delivered and what each of you sent, and decides.
Joining is an application, read by a person, answered on WhatsApp. Every member is rated after each deal, and you can see what somebody has already done before you talk to them. Professional associations and teams can run their own organisation on the network and keep some listings between their members.
Before you ask
No. The client is yours and stays yours. The other professional does the work and never learns who they are, unless you decide to tell them.
Nothing to join and nothing every month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when a deal really happens.
Offers are private. Each professional who answers sees only their own price, so nobody can read what a colleague asked and go just under it.
No. There is no minimum, no quota and no exclusivity. You answer the requests you want and ignore everything else. Alerts by category and area tell you when something you can do is posted.
Yes. The board at market.albert-connect.com is readable without an account, and there is an interactive demo. You need an approved account to post or to answer.
Members work in many countries, in cities such as Paris, Monaco, Dubai, London, Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, Cannes, Marbella, Milan, Ibiza and Bangkok. The board shows where the work is today.
