NDAs on listings
On the marketplace itself, a listing can keep some details behind an NDA. Everyone sees the listing; a member who wants the rest reads the agreement to the end, ticks it, and confirms with a code sent by email or WhatsApp. The owner sees who signed.
Search mandates with a fee collected online
A search mandate sent from the app does more than record the search. Once the client signs, a secure payment link for the search fee is sent to them. The fee is held, paid to you once a deal is concluded, and refunded to the client if nothing is found, exactly as the mandate says.
Your own templates
If you already work with your own NDA or terms, file them as your own templates and send them the same way. The signature, the copies and the filing work identically.

Is an online signature valid?
The documents state that they may be signed by hand or electronically and that an electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. Whether a given contract suits your situation is for you and your adviser to judge.
Who can send these contracts?
Every approved member of Albert Connect, from the app or the web market.
Which law applies?
The governing law is a field you fill in for each document, for example the law of your own country.
Does Albert sign too?
Only when it is a party. On a sale that came through the network, Albert Connect Company can appear as the intermediary that brought it about, in that capacity only. On your own NDA or mandate with your client, it is between you and them.
Do I get a copy?
Yes. Each party receives a copy, and the signed document stays in your account with the deal it belongs to.
