Protected introductions
A search mandate forbids going around the person who presented a property, during the mandate and for twelve months after it ends. If the client does, the fee is due as if the deal had been reached through the agent.

Under a search mandate, yes, in full, if nothing matching the criteria is found by the end of the mandate.
How are addresses kept private?
Listings can keep addresses and owners behind an NDA signed online, and the owner of the listing sees who signed.
