Search mandate
Some things are not for sale on a website. A watch with a waiting list, a villa that is never advertised, a yacht for a week everyone wants, two seats at a sold-out final. They are found by people who know who has them.

To rent for a season or to buy, never listed.

For the week everyone wants.

The model, the year, the spec.

Finals, premieres, the front row.

A watch, a bag, a work of art.
A search mandate puts that on paper. You say what you are looking for, your criteria and your budget, and you sign online. The search starts once the search fee is paid, and the fee is refunded in full if nothing matching your criteria is found.
The search fee comes back
The search fee is earned
The rules are written in the mandate you sign, not left to a conversation afterwards. The cost of the payment method you choose is shown before you pay and is not refunded.
How it works
01
What you want, your criteria and your budget, whether the mandate is exclusive, and how long it lasts. It is written into the mandate before you sign.
02
You sign online. A secure payment link for the search fee is sent to your email straight away, and the search starts once it is received.
03
Your agent searches through their own contacts and the professionals of the Albert Connect network, and presents the opportunities that match. You accept or refuse each one.
04
The fee is earned once you conclude a deal for something presented to you. If nothing is found by the end of the mandate, it comes back to you in full.

Who it is for
01
Somebody who wants one specific thing, knows roughly what it is worth, and wants a person working on it rather than an alert on a website.
02
Professionals who receive a search from a client and want it framed: a written mandate, a fee collected online, and a refund rule the client can read before signing.
03
People who run a principal's requests and need a clear record of what was asked, what was paid and what was found.
Good to know
The rules are written in the mandate you sign, not left to a conversation afterwards. The search fee is collected through Albert Connect, operated by Albert Connect Company, which holds it, pays it to your agent once it is earned, and refunds it when the mandate says so.
A reference with a waiting list, a discontinued model, a specific dial or year. Write the reference, the condition you accept, whether you want box and papers, and your ceiling. Your agent asks the dealers, collectors and concierges who deal in them, and brings back what exists, at what price, with what it comes with.
To rent for a season or to buy, the best houses are often never listed. Give the area, the number of bedrooms, the dates or the purchase budget, and what matters to you: the sea view, the walk to the village, the privacy. Your agent works with the people who hold those keys and presents only the houses that fit.
The same mandate works for a specific car to buy, a yacht for a given week, seats at an event that is sold out, a piece of art or a bag that is not in any boutique. What changes is the criteria you write; the rules on the fee and the refund stay the same.
Both sides keep confidential what they learn under the mandate, including who you are. Your identity is shared with a third party only with your consent and only as far as the search requires. Your agent never signs, commits or pays anything in your name: every agreement for what is found is made between you and the seller.
Before you ask
A short contract by which you entrust somebody with finding something for you. It states what you are looking for, your criteria and budget, the fees, how long it lasts and what happens if nothing is found. You sign it online.
The amount is written in the mandate before you sign, set by whoever runs the search, and you see it again on the payment page. A separate success fee may also be written in the mandate, payable only once a deal is concluded.
Yes, in full, if nothing matching your criteria is found by the end of the mandate. It is also refunded, if you prefer that to a continued search, when the seller withdraws before a deal for a reason that is not yours. The cost of the payment method is not refunded.
Once you conclude a deal for something your agent presented. It is also kept if you end the mandate early, refuse an opportunity that matches your criteria, or withdraw from an agreement you had accepted.
No. Your agent searches, presents and assists you until an agreement is reached, but never signs, commits or pays in your name. The agreement is between you and the seller.
Yes. Every member of Albert Connect can send a search mandate to a client from the app. The client signs online, receives the payment link for the search fee, and the refund rules apply exactly as written.
